Call For Artists: The Square Foot Show

CALL FOR ARTISTS: The Square Foot Show
to NYC Citywide Open Studios registered (with registration fee paid) artists.

I am pleased to announce another exhibition opportunity available exclusively to NYC Citywide Open Studios participating artists. All participating artists who have paid their registration fee are eligible for this exhibition and all others in this series of exclusive opportunities linked to the NYC Citywide Open Studios program. You will also be happy to know, Art Gotham will be using this exhibition to look for artists to offer future shows.

I am very excited about this show for many reasons:
1) It's another chance to generate sales for participating artists.
2) Visitors to "The Square Foot Show" can use the show as an easy place to start their open studios tour. They will attend the exhibition, bid on your art and then plan to visit your studio. Since the exhibition will be open during the first weekend it will benefit artists in all 5 boroughs.
3) Because the closing reception is Monday, October 3rd, it will be the perfect chance for participating artists to meet each other and unwind after the Manhattan weekend ends.

Because space will be limited, I strongly encourage everyone to go on the first pick-up day (Thursday, September 1).

Feel free to forward this opportunity to other artists you know who might find it of interest. They would need to register and pay their NYC Citywide Open Studios registration fee (www.isupportart.org to register). Once that is done, they would immediately be eligible for this exhibition.
